The whole team went to the BIOFACH-Exibition-Fair to Nürnberg to get in contact with future sponsors and increase and strengthen our contacts in turkey. |

We are receiving our first donations. It becomes apparent that we need to put a bigger focus on the sponsoring to finance the tour to Turkey. The fourth team is beginnig with the rewiev. A presentation and the final paper need to be prepared. |
| December 2008 |
... the fourt team is ON TOUR! after an introduction program faculties in Warszaw, Lublin and Krakow. The preparations for the Turkey-Tour are starting to get more precise. First contacts to University's are emerging and in Germany companies are getting contacted for sponsoring. |
| November 2008 |
Program of the workshop day including presentations and interactive workshop session is carried out. Interview with a journalist and publication of an articel in the local newspaper. New donors found The fifth team is meeting for the first time. Duty's are getting split off to organise the trip to Turkey in March 2009. |
| October 2008 | Contact persons at the universities in Southern Poland are identified, support is assured; organisation of visits and logistics |

| July 2008 | The team focuses on the identification of sponsors. |
| June | Four Bachelor students form a new team; the target country was set up and a project plan carried out. |

| February 2008 | Presentations and workshop modules are carried out; many other tasks have to be done now: fundraising, logistics and public relations. |
| January 2008 | The team gets in contact with Universities in Romania, Bulgaria and Macedonia. It is also looking for donations asking companies related to organic agriculture in Germany, but also local companies. |
| December 2007 | While the team of the second tour is still working out their project report, the third tour starts working with a super commitment ... |
| November 2007 |
New students get interested in the project and form a project team. One day we went together for a hike to a castle, had dinner together and got to know each other - our team spirit was born! A presentation is hold by the second team in front of students,teaching staff and guests at the university venue. |
| Oktober 2007 | The tour team return sucessfully. The results are summerised and a presentation is carried out. |
| September 2007 |
The time table of the tour is fixed. Posters are being printed and sent to the universities in Latvia, Lithuania and Poland. The team meets every night to manage everything. Aonther success of the first ORGANICagriculTOUR to Hungary and Romania becomes apparent: two delegations from the Romanian universities in Cluj-Napoca and Iasi that were visited in spring, arrive in Witzenhausen and want to be informed about organic agriculture and the Faculty of Organic Agricultural Sciences. |
| August 2007 | The team works on the project. Communications with the Universities are being intensified. The workshop modules are being created and new donors found. The new flyer is printed. |

All tasks have been handed over to the new team. The responsibilities within the new team are being arranged. The faculties in the target countries and new donors are being contacted, the public is being informed and a concept for the project days at the universities is being created. |

The certificate of the UN Decade is handed over in Berlin. The new team gets started. The team of the first tour presents the results of the project to professors and students in Witzenhausen. |

May 2007 |
The ORGANICagriculTOUR becomes an official project of the UN Decade. Two female and three male students become the new team. |
| April 2007 | The ORGANICaggriculTOUR-team returns after three weeks of promotion. |

March 2007 |
The vehicle gets it´s labeling. The topics of the "workshop days" and the first TOUR´s logistics are being prepared. The project applies for the United Nations Dekade - Education for Sustainable Development of the UNESCO. The ORGANICagriculTOUR is presented at the "German Scientific Conference on Organic Agriculture at the University of Hohenheim" at the stall of the Witzenhausen faculty. The tour team gets prepared for the first tour. |

February 2007 |
The project´s homepage goes online. The contacts in the target countries are being intensified. A logo and a flyer are being designed with the help of a professional grafic designer. The ORGANICagriculTOUR is promoted at the BIOFACH in Nuremberg. More sponsors are found among foundations, organic farming associations and companies related to Organic Agriculture. |

January 2007 |
The project team gets assembled - three female and two male students. During the first team meetings the TOUR´s objectives are determined, an operating schedule is worked out and responsibilities within the team are being arranged. Sponsors are obtained among graduates who founded their own companies. MSc. Holger Mittelstraß and Prof. Dr. Oliver Hensel support the project as advisors. The "Verein zur Förderung der Lehre im ökologischen Landbau (LöLa e.V.)" provides a bank account for the project. |

November and December 2006 |
Daniela Schwarz creates the concept idea of of the campaign. The project name is formed out of the words ORGANIC, AGRICULTURE and TOUR: ORGANICagriculTOUR. Students and staff at the Faculty of Organic Agricultural Sciences in Witzenhausen get interested in the project. The Department of Agricultural Engineering offers a mini van to go on TOUR. |
